Refund policy

Given the perishable nature of the product, a refund or return will not be accepted in the case where you change your mind in respect to purchase of a product. Any problems with your order should be identified at the time of delivery to your delivery driver.

If you're unsatisfied with a product due to major failure in the quality, you may return the product within 24 hours of the order being delivered, provided products are unused and in original condition. Delivery fees that have been paid upon ordering will not be refunded. 

Refund requests may take up to 2 weeks to process and the payment will be credited back to you in the same manner that payment was processed.
